Are you wondering when your order will arrive? Would you like to update your account details? You can check your order status and amend some sections of your account online. Simply click on the ‘Check My Order Status’ button to the left and follow the instructions.
Have you ordered an item and realised that you have made a mistake with the personalisation? If it’s been more than 2 hours since you placed the order, then please call us on 03 303 334 220 and we’ll try to amend your order. If you spot the mistake within 2 hours of placing your order, you can edit the personalisation through our website. Simply click on the ‘Check My Order Status’ button to the left and follow the instructions.
(Please note: We have recently changed to an ‘03’ telephone number as calls to this number will normally be part of any inclusive minutes provided within your phone package)
Delivery receipts for gifts:
If you have ordered a gift to be sent directly to the recipient then don't worry, the price isn't included on the delivery receipt in the package. All prices and order details are included on your order confirmation email, which is sent to you when you place the order.
