We understand how important fast and safe delivery is to you and that’s why all our gifts are delivered as quickly as possible!
Standard Delivery is only £2.99 and only 60p on an order of a Personalised Card. If you want to speed up the delivery of your order, choose our Express Delivery service which is only £3.99.
If you need a gift in a hurry then we offer next day delivery on many
items. Simply select the option at the basket page and the expected
delivery day will appear under each product.
Almost all our gifts and cards are despatched via Royal Mail. Some of our more fragile or bulkier gifts include free Courier Delivery. When this is available we’ll know you know on the product page itself.
As we have such a large selection of gifts, our gifts and cards have individual despatch times so they are usually sent out individually. This means they arrive quicker which is good news because nobody likes waiting.

Returns
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with what you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt.
If the goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.
Should you return an item because of an error on our part, or if it’s defective then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. You can contact our friendly Customer Service department for a freepost returns address.
