"Loved it all except the fact that the pizza itself wasn't personalised. All there was, was a card inside with my message hand-written by someone. I thought the personalisation was to be written on the pizza in icing for instance"

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed this item isn't personalised, but I'm glad that you still loved the product. As we do state for this item; the actual chocolate pizza is not personalised. You can choose between 5 different flavours, and write you personalised message to go on a gift card that's sent with the pizza.

"I bought the chocolate pizza for a family easter present, which was perfect for everyone to share. Apparently, the chocolate was gorgeous - unfortunately, they didn't save me a slice!!"
