Typical Programme
Your experience includes a 15 minute hydrotherapy treatment, which is a warm water treatment to increase circulation and relax muscles. Hydrotherapy is an ideal preparation for your invigorating 90 minute face, scalp and body massage to reduce tension and detoxify.

Duration
The activity lasts for 1 hours.

Spectators
You cannot bring spectators to watch.

Fitness Requirements
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with high blood pressure. Please inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be carried out before your treatment.

Group Size
It will be just you and your therapist.

Previous Experience
You do not need any qualifications or experience to take part in this relaxing treat.
