Typical Programme
The floating experience is not just an alternative form of rest; it creates a depth of relaxation not found in any other form of therapy. Even after just a few minutes of floating, you feel the wonderful effects. An hour long session is enough to emerge refreshed physically and mentally.

Duration
Your session will be in a private lockable room equipped with a shower. The door and lighting can be controlled from inside the tank or room. The therapy session lasts one hour but allow time for showering afterwards.

Group Size
All treatments are on a one to one basis.

Spectators
Sorry, you can't take friends or family with you on this experience.

Restrictions
If pregnant you should consult your doctor. It is advisable to avoid shaving or waxing before floating. This is not suitable for epileptics or those suffering from schizophrenia, an infectious skin disorder or a current ear infection.

Experience
No experience or qualifications are necessary to take part in this activity.

Age
The minimum age for this activity is 16 years.

Availability
Selected Monday to Sunday dates depending on the location, all year.

Expiry
The experience day gift pack voucher must be redeemed and used within the nine month validity period.
