The special skill and co-ordination required to fly helicopters is generally more challenging than flying fixed-wing aircraft - so you'll feel a great sense of achievement once you've mastered it! Typical Programme
You begin your activity with a briefing from one of our expert instructors, to familiarise yourself with the technology and controls of the helicopter.

During the flight you'll have the opportunity to fly the helicopter yourself and to practise manoeuvring and hovering.

Duration
Your total experience will last approximately 1 hour and you'll be up in the air for 30 minutes.

Group Size
Your tuition is on a one to one basis.

Spectators
You are welcome to bring along family and friends to watch you take to the sky.

Restrictions
This activity may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, giddiness or blackouts, high blood pressure, or heart conditions. The maximum weight is 102kg to 108kg (16 to 17 stone).

There is no previous flying experience necessary.

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in this activity.
