Typical Programme
Enjoy one of the following treatments: an express facial, express manicure or a back, neck and shoulder massage from a qualified therapist.

This will last approximately 30 minutes and then you will have the chance for you and a friend to enjoy a complimentary day pass each for the health and fitness club where you can enjoy full use of facilities.

Facilities vary from one location to another but generally include: swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and gym. You can even enjoy an aerobics session if this is on offer at your chosen location. Cre facilities are available at some locations.

Duration
Your treatment will last for approximately 30 minutes.

Group Size
Your treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with the therapist. Feel free to bring a friend with you to enjoy the leisure facilities.

Restrictions
Please inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate.

Age
The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old.

This activity is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year.

Expiry
The experience day gift pack voucher must be redeemed and used within the nine month validity period.
