After a range of deeply luxurious and relaxing treatments you will feel totally reinvigorated and ready to face the world again.  This is a wonderful opportunity to embark on a new fitness initiative or just to have a range of top to toe treatments in a pleasant and relaxing environment.

Your day includes a Champneys body massage, a relaxing facial, manicure, pedicure, use of all facilities, exercise and relaxation programme and buffet lunch. Additional treatments can be booked prior to visit - the health spa will send you details.
