                                    Karting tests your driving skill and endurance to the utmost, so it's no surprise that this is the training ground for today's top Formula One drivers.  We've selected some of the country's most demanding circuits so you can be sure of a fun-packed, exciting time.

To familiarise you with the karts and the circuit there will be a few initial practice laps. Then the competitive action begins with a typical programme consisting of a series of thrilling heats, semi-finals and top performers experiencing a heart-thumping final.

Programme
On arriving at the centre your instructor will begin with a safety briefing, some instructions on your kart controls and you'll be provided with some protective clothing. The precise programme may vary at each activity venue.
Duration
The total experience will last approximately 1½ to 4 hours depending on the location.

Spectators
You're welcome to bring along family and friends to watch you do this activity.

Fitness Requirements
This is quite a physical activity and may not be suitable if you have weak arms, heart complaints etc. The minimum height is 1.34m (4ft 5), the maximum is 1.98 (6ft 6). The maximum weight is 108kg (17 stone).

Group Size
There will be up to a maximum of 100 people at the centre at any one time.

Previous Experience
You don't need to have a driving licence to go karting.

Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this activity.
