Typical Programme
Facilities vary from one location to another but generally include: swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and gym.

You can even enjoy an aerobics session if this is on offer at your chosen location. Crèche facilities are available at some locations.

Duration
Your treatment will last approximately 30 minutes, the leisure facilities are available all day.

Group Size
The treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with your therapist, however there will be other people utilising the health club facilities.

Spectators
You are welcome to take a friend to utilise the health club facilities with you on the day.

You do not require any qualifications to take part in this activity.
