Typical Programme

This is a fantastic chance to enjoy one of the following treatments from a qualified therapist: an exfoliation back treatment followed by a deep tissue back massage OR an express facial, eyebrow shape and nail file and polish OR a full body self tanning with exfoliation.

Duration
Your chosen treatment will last approximately 60 minutes and then you will have the chance for you and a friend to enjoy a complimentary day pass each for the adjoining health and fitness club where you can enjoy full use of facilities.

Facilities vary from one location to another but generally include: swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and gym.

You can even enjoy an aerobics session if this is on offer at your chosen location.

Creche facilities are available at some locations.

Group Size
Your treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with the therapist.

Spectators
Feel free to bring a friend with you to enjoy the leisure facilities.

Please inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate.
