When we set up GettingPersonal.co.uk we were determined to not be the same as lots of other Internet Shopping websites, where you get all the benefits shopping online, but without being able to speak to a 'real person' - no-one wants to shop without feeling like their order will be dealt with professionally.We both have young families and shop lots on the internet ourselves.
