We've all done it; waited until the last minute and then had to come up with birthday present ideas in a rush; potentially grabbing something from a shop in a train station or worse still maybe even a petrol station. If it's not that the dog is eating your poorly wrapped gift then there is another hideous problem about to deface or ruin the gift you got for someone? For some people, those wonderful birthday present ideas never spring up; in fact for some it's hard to even remember it is even anyone's birthday. When these cursed souls do actually have birthday present ideas and buy something in advance the world conspires against them to ruin it, always.

Many of us think that when the dog has eaten the cake and the wine bottles broke in the boot of the car and the present was sent to the wrong address, which means it's all over. But it's not.
