Why is it that some people live life to the max while others are only too happy to spend their time sticking to the routines and monotony of daily life? Apparently, to get the most out of life we ought to try something new every day and do something scary. Personally, the scariest thing I have done recently is attempt to find a bargain at the first day of the sales, which can be an extreme sport for those who mean business. We all have friends or relations who have done a bungee jump, sky dived or dived off a cliff into the sea, so I am beginning to feel that maybe I am missing out on an exhilarating time, and need to leave my limited comfort zone for a few hours. The thrill of doing something wild and exciting comes partly from the actual activity, but also from the relief that you feel after the event. It makes you a stronger person, gives you a chance to try something new and makes you fell glad to be alive.

If you are looking for a gift that is guaranteed to make someone's hair stand on end, there are some fabulous experience days available that are positively inspiring for the adrenalin junkie.
