So, it is your boyfriend's birthday and you have been frantically searching for gifts that'll give him a day to remember, but, your mind is blank and you can think of nothing. Or, perhaps it is your dad's birthday, and short of buying him another pair of slippers, you really are all out of ideas! Whichever male member of your family it is that has a special occasion on the horizon, when it comes to gift ideas for him
that will give him a day to remember, the task is never, ever, easy.

Men say that women are fussy, but honestly, as much as we may moan, we really do love flowers and chocolates. And giving a woman a gift that will make it a day to remember can simply involve taking the kids out and giving her a whole day to herself (although, to gain maximum pleasure out of this, perhaps it would work best in conjunction with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, an expensive bubble bath, and a Sex and The City DVD).

Buying gifts for him, to make the day memorable, is on the other hand, really difficult. For example, you could get him the latest Xbox game, a six pack and order him a pizza, but would that really be any different to a regular Friday night? Probably not! There are very few men who would turn their noses up at the chance to drive a Ferrari around the track at Silverstone. The ultimate in driving gifts for him, this fantastic experience day will without doubt, provide the man in your life with a day he will remember for a very long time. And, as you are allowed to go with him to spectate, you can have the pleasure of taking pictures and watching his little face light up like a child in a candy shop! For something really unusual, that can be talked about, Facebooked, Myspaced, or Twittered about, why not buy gifts for him that come straight out of left field! For example, a shadow a Big Cat Keeper experience day (hey - he thinks he is an alpha male, let's see how he copes being near a real one!), or even an Ice Climbing escapade (perfect for the emotionally cold, outdoors type?), or if you want to frighten the heebie-jeebies out of him, then why not book him on a Face Your Phobia day? (For those who are petrified of snakes, spiders and small reptiles!). Imagine the fun you could have watching your macho husband literally shake with fear, break into a sweat, and look like he may possibly wet himself, when presented with a humongous Tarantula! Priceless (well, not really, but the memory will be!).

There really is no end to the amount of experience days that are available to choose from, and far from being just gift ideas for him
, a lot of the experience days or events available come with the option for two people to participate. To be sure, having you by his side during a one of the experience days that you have earmarked as 'gifts for him', will certainly make the day far more memorable for the both of you.

However, if budget constraints are working against you, then why not instead choose some small token personalised gifts for him, that show thought. Something as simple as a personalised calendar, or a personalised mug, may seem like a small gift, but it will be something that will be used for at least a whole year, so is actually very good value for money.
