It is vitally important now, more than ever that we make a big effort to conserve the planet's resources. This means that we must look at new and innovative ways in which to generate power. We all use masses of energy everyday whether it is for transport, cooking, bathing, heating or lighting. When we use energy which has been produced by a un renewable source, we are harming the planet and making a big impact on climate change and the general well being of the Earth. This means that we must find alternative ways of generating our power and re using and recycling natural resources in order to give the planet the very best chance it has.

Conserving energy and finding energy sources which do not impact on the earth is a vital part of modern life. If we want to help in the fight to halt global warming and stop the disaster of negative climate change we must change our ways and do everything in our power to ensure the future of the planet is a happy one. One of the biggest things we can do to use less energy is use transport and lighting systems much more leniently and try to use as little power as we can possibly manage.

The sun jar is an amazing innovation which not only makes an excellent gift but can also, in its own way, help to fight against climate change. The sun jar has won several awards and is one of the most innovative gadgets to have become widely available in recent years.

When you place the Sun Jar near sunlight, the solar cells which are present in it are charged up automatically by the electric current which is created. It only takes a few hours to charge and then when it becomes dark the jar provides a light source by lighting up the three lamps present within the jar. When you use the sun jar you are effectively recycling the rays of the sun to produce clean and environmentally friendly light. The light in the jar is diffused by the frosted glass which the jar is made from. The light looks exactly like you have captured the sun in the jar and the light is radiating out of it. The LED lights which are used in the jar have been designed specifically so that they are warm and glow perfectly like the sun. The sun jar does not have any controls in which to switch it on and off. It is actually much cleverer than that. The jar features a sensor which activates when it begins to get dark or the lights are out. This means that you need never be in the dark again. The sun jar is also a good substitute for candles and nightlights which are less environmentally friendly than the sun jar is. The jars used for the Sun Jar are completely 100 percent water tight and are also highly attractive. This means that they can be used outdoors to light the path home or as a nice decoration for a party or evening barbeque.

As well as the sun jar, you can also buy a moon jar. The moon jar has a very beautiful and eerie look when compared with the sun jar. It looks exactly like the moons rays have been captured within the jar. All you need to do is place the moon jar on a window sill or outdoors during daylight hours. The jar then uses the rays of the sun to charge its LED batteries. When night comes, the moon jar glows a brilliant bluish green colour which looks just like the moon. The moon jar and the Sun Jar are truly an amazing innovation and a great help when it comes to preserving the environment. They have virtually no impact on the environment apart from the few raw materials used to make them. They also make for an excellent conversation piece and everyone who sees the sun jar will be both mystified and spellbound by it. They will be amazed at just how much it looks like you have captured the sun in a jar and they will be equally mystified as to how the miraculous little jar works. It works particularly well in the garden as you do not need to attach it to the mains and the only power source it needs is the light of the sun so it makes a much more viable alternative to much more complicated garden and patio lighting.
