Every year Christmas seems to creep up, leaving us hurriedly trying to find the perfect presents for our loved ones. Although the high street has a wide range of gift ideas on offer, a lot of the gifts are very nondescript and just aren't special at all, with the hustle and bustle of crowded shopping centres meaning that buying presents for Christmas can be a very stressful process. Buying stocking fillers is especially difficult, as it is hard to find small inexpensive gifts that will still be perfect for the person you are buying for. However, with so many fantastic websites and personalisation facilities on offer you are sure to find fun stocking fillers for both adults and children – and all from the comfort of your own home!

Buying stocking fillers for children is generally a lot easier than finding the perfect gifts for adults as there is more choice, with a wider variety of present ideas to suit any child. All children really love personalised presents as it makes them feel really special. Simple gifts like pens or coloured pencils with their name on or a customised sign for their door can really make them feel unique and give them a smile on Christmas morning. If you are not on a tight budget, you may want to consider a big gift that fits in a small stocking. For instance, a voucher to their favourite toy shop, music shop or clothes store is a great idea - or perhaps even a voucher for an experience day. Experience days are really unique and fun and can be tailored to that individual person. For adventurous children a day at a "spy camp" with paintballing and other physical activities would be an amazing day out and something to really remember. You could always buy them a personalised stocking embroidered with their name on – it might not be the most fun idea, but at least you've bought yourself another year until you have to think about stocking fillers for them again!
