That's a 40 increase in sales compared with any other day of the year, even Valentine's Day! The bouquets are accompanied by no fewer than 12 million Mothers Day cards registered sent every year, ranging from the classic to the amusing to the downright sentimental.

The whole purpose of Mothers Day gifts is to show your mum what a great person she brought into the world and to remind her of your appreciation for all that she does.
