                When you think of the 1990s, as a chunk of time, then a lot of cultural images tend to swim into your mind. Using a very brief overview, there is of course the start of the decade, with New Kids On The Block and Vanilla Ice kicking us off, stretching through the whole Britpop, Oasis vs Blur arguments and then Euro 96 and the Spice Girls and, finally, the millennium rushing up with the fear of bugs collapsing the entire world in on itself. At the tail end of this period came a little programme called Ground Force, which in some ways helped to make Titchmarsh and Dimmock household names in a way that could never have been anticipated. On the back of this, it all of a sudden became a little bit more cool to look after that green space out the back of your house, whereas before sticking a paddling pool and a sunflower in it would have done just fine. As the buzz phrase of the 80s was "awful hair" and of the 70s was "awful trousers", "water feature" became a phrase you just could not get away from. 

So, moving away from this potted (sorry), rather rubbish history, we can say that there was a massive upsurge in the amount of gardening gifts that were being produced and sold. This little hobby has not seen much of a downturn either, as the market is still strong. With this in mind, you yourself might have had some problems locating good gardening gifts for the green fingered among your family and friends and as such I am here to show you a couple of things on how to find exactly that.
