Xmas Presents That Won`t Present Problems | Xmas Presents from GettingPersonal.co.uk

I come from quite a large family, with 3 sisters and 2 brothers. It used to be difficult enough getting Xmas presents to suit all of them, but in the last few years the family has more than doubled in size, as all six of us now have families of our own and so now I have 14 nieces and nephews to buy for as well. Not only does this mean that I have to make my money stretch further, but I also have more presents to purchase and more hassle is involved in finding something that they really like.
The females in the family are usually easy to please and love the Xmas presents that they get. The nieces are particularly interested in anything edible like sweets, but also love beauty products like bath goodies, or anything else that makes them feel grown up. The boys are much more difficult to accommodate though and I am always hard pressed to find the right Xmas present for them. This Xmas, however, I have sailed through my list of Xmas presents to buy for everyone and can sit back on my laurels, smug as can be, way ahead of schedule. I am looking forward to enjoying watching everyone else rushing around like decapitated chickens, trying to get everything bought in time for the festive season and I anticipate a couple of quiet weekends at home with the place to myself so that I can enjoy my relaxed solitude as the rest of my family march along the High Street in search of Xmas presents.

I made my mind up that this year the boys would be given delicious sweets as Xmas presents, as well as the girls, freeing me up to branch out with new gift ideas for the nieces and sisters. But when I was looking at all the inspirational experience days available, I noticed that there are quite a few exciting Xmas present ideas for 2 people and so decided to pair the nephews up with their dads and the nieces up with their mums for a bit of family bonding, whilst they enjoy a fun day out together. With so many interesting experiences on offer, I soon found Xmas presents that suited their combined interests and all of them were very reasonably priced. So if you want to be the favourite aunt or uncle that everyone loves, take my advice and give them all fabulous Xmas presents that will not be thrown on the scrap heap by New Year's Day.

One of my sisters and her teenage daughter are being given one of the most fabulous Xmas presents in the form of a Wedgwood Pottery Experience for Two. They will enjoy lunch, guided tour with information on the fascinating history of the famous pottery company, plus they will actually get some hands on experience with clay. This is one of those Xmas presents that will stay in the mind for a long time.

For the guys, an exciting Scuba Diving Experience for Two will keep them talking for days. Xmas presents like this give the recipients the chance to try something new, which could well open new doors for them. When I did a try dive many years ago, I was so hooked that I began a PADI qualification immediately to become a scuba diver. Everyone will be green with envy, wanting Xmas presents like this one, so you can give this fabulous gift to another pair of people next year. I like inspirational Xmas presents and feel that the Balloon Flight Experience Day Gift Pack for Two will be a great thrill for one of my other sisters and her eldest daughter. They are a pair of dreamers with romantic ideas about the world. They always have their heads in the clouds and so they will enjoy drifting across a beautiful landscape, at one with the birds and clouds, away from the hustle and bustle of modern day life, whilst sipping a glass of champagne. I have a nephew who plays a mean electric guitar, while his dad is a pretty hot drummer and so I have found the perfect Xmas presents for these two.

A Recording Studio Taster Session for Two will have them recording a vocal track each, giving them a deserved rest from their musical instruments while simultaneously giving them a glimpse into the world of music. Once I have given everyone their allotted Xmas presents, I will surprise each family with a scrummy Blast From the Past Sweet Hamper which include such old favourites as jelly babies, flying saucers, black jacks and fruit salads. Everyone will be happy and I won't hear complaints about someone getting Xmas presents bigger or better than theirs.
