Skills Required - Excellent Communication skills by telephone & email. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Very organised and be able to work under pressure.

Likely Candidate - An individual who is committed to helping make our customers happy and is always looking for ways to improve our overall customer experience.

Based at our offices in Altrincham, Cheshire.
