This is a wonderful opportunity to embark on a new fitness initiative or just to have a luxurious treatment in a pleasant and relaxing environment. You will need to advise of any particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments.

All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you are in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments.
