You will need to advise of any particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments.

All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you are in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments.

Fitness Requirements
Some treatments are not advisable for pregnant women and if you have any specific health conditions that may restrict which treatments you can participate in, you should check before booking. You may be asked to fill in a medical declaration form.

Treatments will be on a one-to-one basis, however other people will be using the spa facilities.

You don't need any experience to enjoy this relaxing treat.
