Thanks for your feedback. As most of our customers send the card direct to the recipient, we do not send an envelope automatically with our cards. If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.
