Customer service beyond expectations
"I had a problem with the catch of the bracelets I had bought - (my immediate review is probably still on the website and sadly I can't access it to change my rating as a result of such amazing service!). Without any quibbling whatsoever the catches were replaced and one actual bracelet was replaced, much to the delight of my 3 daughters who absolutely love this piece of jewelry (and their ages are 12, 17 and 32 so it has pretty universal appeal!)."
