"i ordered 3 personalised mugs (to take advantage of the discount offer!) but all three were delivered together, not in the individual polystyrene mug containers. This meant the mug had no protection nor anything to put it into to give as a gift. Packaging asides, no complaints - have ordered many, many personalised items!"
