"I bought these mugs for the girls in work, and they were delighted. I ordered the same design with individual names. With hindsight I would have ordered different designs for everyone, would be easier to identify which mug belonged to each of us in work! Also as I ordered four of them, I thought they may come inidvidually boxed but unfortunatley they came in one large box which made wrapping them difficult. in view of the price I would have expected them to be boxed individually. Also again in hindsight if the design lends to it, including a surname does make them more personal."
