Great christening gift
"I wanted to buy a unique christening gift for a friend's daughter and thought this ticked the box as I was looking for something a little different yet personal.
For some reason, I wasn't able to hear the lullaby sample on the main site before purchase but trusted that it would be ok and it was. It was a woman's voice softly singing a lullaby with the child's name encouraging her to sleep. It was very sweet!
As others have mentioned, this toy doesn't come in a presentation box (it arrived in a large padded envelope) and so needed a little 'fur re-arranging' upon receipt. The velcro fastening that sealed the device inside the toy for the lullaby also needed to be attached as this needed to be turned on for the singing. It was all very easy to do and full simple to follow instructions are given. Once done, the toy looks like it has just come off the shelf.
With a bit of fuss made (I put it in a gift bag full of tissue paper and tied a pink bow around the dog's neck), it was the perfect gift. Feedback received is that my friend's little girl loves it and the lullaby doesn't get out of your head!"
