"i knew when i saw this gift that it would be right up my in-laws street, and it was! i gave it to them as a christmas present, including photos of all the family. I thought it was a novel idea and good value for money, it came well presented and looks a lot more expensive ;) the only thing i would moan about is the lettering... it comes as stickers, which are white, not cream like the background and having a 5 letter surname looked too spaced out and small! (you could see the gaps between letters) so instead i printed a better one off the computer. seeing as this is a 'personalised' gift maybe your surname could be pre done, inserted and then sent!? other than that really happy with it!"
