We love the idea behind this gift box - dedicating and planting a tree just for you, as well as helping the environment at the same time. Your British broad-leaved tree will be planted by the Tree Appeal whose sole aim is to plant trees across the UK in order to improve the environment in which we live.
The Tree Appeal, endorsed by Sir David Bellamy, will not plant your tree in a forest where there may already be hundreds of them; they plant trees where they are most needed for example in low-profile areas to supplement hedgerows, woodlands and nature reserves. There are easy to follow gift registration instructions enclosed in your gift box.

It will be a British broad-leaved tree.
Will the tree be dedicated only to me?
Yes, every tree will be dedicated to one person only; it will never have a multiple dedication.
How long does it take to receive my tree dedication certificate?
This depends on how you choose to register your gift. If you register online then you will receive your tree confirmation certificate within 10 working days. If you complete and return your form then this period of time is increased to 28 days from when the form is received.

Delivery
We know how important the fast and safe delivery of your order is to you, therefore we quote individual despatch times on all our gifts and cards. In order to get your gifts to you in the fastest time possible, we may despatch your items seperately as soon as each product is ready.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange the item.
Please note: personalised, bespoke and made-to-order goods, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
