Product Description
When you're going into the gym it helps to have a game plan. What muscles do you want to work? What kind of body do you want to achieve? Discipline, focus and technique all contribute to making the most of your gym experience and now you can take it a step further with this personalised diary.

The hardback diary is useful when plotting out a training schedule and can double as a nutrition guide. Write down how many calories you plan to take in or record how you felt after a certain exercise.

To motivate you to keep training, the cover reads 'Eat clean, train dirty.'  Personalise the back with a name.

Choose between slim or large sizes.

What Can I Put On My Diary?

Personalise it with a name to appear in up to 16 characters.

Use our innovative Preview feature to see how the name will look. Simply type in the words and press the preview button.
