This is an absolute favourite here at GP! All you need is some chocolate and cream, one saucepan and you have the most delicious, rich and chocolaty dessert that anybody will love.
It’s perfect for the busy Christmas period as it can be prepared in advance, altered to different people’s tastes and isn’t too filling so is great for after a big Christmas lunch!

How Do We Do It?
Heat the cream on a low heat in a saucepan. Then break the chocolate into a bowl and when the cream is hot add it to the chocolate and mix until you have a smooth ganache.
Pour the mixture into 8 small cups and chill in the fridge until they are set.
Serve with a biscuit or wafer of your choice.
What will you need?
- *50g of Good quality dark orange chocolate flavoured with anything you like. Orange, mint and caramel work well.
- *150ml double cream
