Our Delivery Information

We know how important fast and safe delivery is to you, so we ensure that all our gifts are delivered in the shortest time possible!

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs! As some of our gifts take longer to make than others, sometimes your order will arrive in multiple deliveries. 
Please check your basket for the delivery estimate for each of your items.

Whilst we continue to operate and dispatch orders, due to the Covid19 virus, some delays in delivery may occur. This is often due to staff shortages and therefore may differ locally. For that reason we cannot be specific about where any delays may occur, but Royal Mail do continue to make deliveries as normal where possible.

One change that has occurred is that Royal Mail will no longer deliver cards or letters on Saturdays until further notice.

Delivery carriers, including Royal Mail, have now implemented social distancing policies. This means that during your delivery you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device on delivery and their staff will not physically hand the parcel to you.

*You'll receive an email from us once your items are despatched. This is when your delivery timescale will begin.
Please note Royal Mail advise that delivery to some remote areas of the UK, such as Northern Scotland and outlying islands may take longer than stated.


When your parcel is despatched from us, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number & link in an email - you can use this to check the status of your delivery.

On the morning of the day Royal Mail are due to attempt delivery, you will also receive an email & text (if you have provided this to us) to let you know. You will then receive an email/text when your parcel has been delivered. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, a calling card will be left at your address with next steps to arrange collection, or you can visit the Royal Mail link to arrange re-delivery or delivery to a local post office.

Please note: Royal Mail Tracked services are only offered on parcel sized orders.

Your order will arrive between 7.30am-8pm on your chosen day. Please ensure someone is present at the address, as someone will need to sign for your parcel.

Our courier will contact you via text message, so please leave your mobile number on the checkout page. They'll let you know when to expect your parcel and ask for any extra delivery information; such as leaving the parcel with a neighbour.

*Orders for Next Day & Saturday Delivery will need to be placed before the cut-off the previous day, please check the basket page for your confirmed delivery date. As some of our products take longer to personalise due to their special personalisation method, some items may not be available for Next Day or Saturday Delivery. Please note that our Next Day Delivery service does not deliver over the weekends or Bank Holidays, so if you order this service on a Friday, your items will be delivered on the next available working day.

We do not include invoices in our packages, so you can send your gift directly to the recipient.

If you’re ordering multiple cards, gifts, large gifts or inflated helium balloons, your delivery charge may vary from the prices listed above. We’ll let you know on the basket page how much your postage charges will be.

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.

If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.

Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. You can contact our friendly Customer Service department for a Freepost returns address.
